Having a performance background, I utilise building confidence, entertainment and rhythm in my classes. I truly believe in using exercise as a means of enhancing personal empowerment. I like to programme to ensure durability and longevity in the body, so get ready for some seriously smart and effective training which is suitable for all training levels.
My genuine enjoyment for fitness is infectious, my main objective is to ensure clients leave feeling elevated, empowered and with a sweaty smile on their face!
