Kettlebell! You can literally do ANYTHING with a kettlebell!
What’s something you’re passionate about?
I am passionate about mental health, especially in young children. I believe that we can all take control of our thoughts, emotions and habits if we were more open to discussing the importance of mental health. IT MATTERS!
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I used to play the piano when I was younger. I practiced religiously and participated in recitals. I hated It LOL
What are your core values when interacting with others?
I want others to always feel heard. You’d be surprised what you learn from a person by just listening. A genuine connection is also very important!
