I’ve been active for most of my life, starting with gymnastics and dancing from a young age. This led to training at a dance school in London to earn my degree in Dance Theatre.
I adore teaching classes and helping people feel their strongest and most confidence. For me LIFT is the top of list. there is no better feeling than being in a room of people who want to push themselves to become stronger, both physically and mentally.

Functional, technical and a bit spicy!
What’s your favourite exercise to throw into every class?
Dumbbell snatches.
What’s your go to track to get you through a workout?
For strength – Green Day American Idiot Album. For sweat – anything upbeat and funky!

Exercise & activity should be a celebration of what your body can do. However you want to do it, however old you are, we should all be moving our bodies in ways that we enjoy.
