Having studied a BA (Hons) in professional Dance & Musical Theatre fitness has always been an integral part of my mental and physical well-being. Since graduating from dance college my love of fitness has only deepened and I am passionate about sharing that with others! I love nothing more than a super savage workout, all the tunes and high energy!
