Fitness gave me everything I didn’t know I needed in life but could now never live without…

Confidence, mental strength and constant new challenges to take on.

My biggest passion is introducing strength training and combat sports to those for which there may be barrier. As an industry that aims to help people we have a long way to go to break down these barriers to entry, and a responsibility to ensure the benefits of fitness that I was lucky enough to discover, are truly accessible to and accepting of everyone.
