What was the hardest part of your fitness journey?
As an athlete, developing the confidence and belief to compete at a high level with little experience.
As a trainer, taking up space and trying to progress in an industry that for the most part doesn’t represent people who look like me.

I’m currently studying part-time for a master’s degree in Race, Media & Social Justice.
